Episode 11: Motherhood with Keren Williamson

Listen Later

Keren Williamson's motherhood journey is a beautiful testimony of unwavering faith amidst great trial. Keren and her husband John, are Foster Carers and have taken in 8 year old Harley into their care permanently for the past four years. They also have their miracle baby, Jack, who is now one years old.

Since Keren was young, she was told by her doctor that she wouldn't be able to fall pregnant easily. Out of five pregnancies that she has experienced, only one baby survived. Her little one year old, Jack, is a miracle from God, and Keren takes us through her story from when she lost her daughter, Charlotte, to when Jack was born, and the faith she and John clung to even through their deep loss and grief.

Keren and John have also taken in various children over the years, providing them with a safe and nurturing home. Keren shares about her and John's decision to become Foster Carers and what it is like opening up a safe and nurturing home for children who previously experienced the opposite.

Have your tissue box ready, because tears just may surface when you listen to this story. But I promise you, Keren's faith in God and her hope in His good plan amidst all the pain she has endured, will leave you feeling inspired.
