Hey family 💜 Welcome back to P.I.M.P. My Life™ — where we walk together in Prayer, Intention, Meaning, and Purpose, and learn to live life on God’s terms.
I’m your host, Shawn Renee, and this is another episode of P.I.M.P. Talks™.
In this episode — No Regrets — I’m talking about how the enemy uses shame and guilt to keep us trapped in the past. Regret is one of his oldest weapons. It keeps you replaying what you should’ve done, could’ve said, or might’ve changed — instead of focusing on what God is doing right now.
💬 I get real about some of my own past choices — the mistakes, the pain, and the times I sat in shame longer than I should have. But the message is simple: if you’re still breathing, God still has a plan. Your story doesn’t end with what went wrong — it begins again with grace.
I share how I learned that regret doesn’t come from conviction — it comes from condemnation. Conviction corrects, but condemnation paralyzes. And Jesus didn’t die for you to live stuck in replay mode.
đź“– Scriptures Mentioned:
Romans 8:1 — “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 3:13–14 — “Forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”
2 Corinthians 5:17 — “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
Joel 2:25 — “And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten.”
✨ What You’ll Learn in This Episode:
How to stop replaying your past mistakes
The difference between conviction and condemnation
How to embrace God’s restoration and start fresh
Why grace cancels guilt when you truly repent
How to live boldly in your testimony without shame
🎙️ No Regrets reminds us that God’s redemption covers every season of our lives — even the ones we’re not proud of. Your past is a platform, not a prison. Let God turn your pain into purpose and your mistakes into ministry.
