We are all told things about ourselves that simply are not true. We will be asked to believe contradictions.

Unfortunately, these views can influence how we view and value ourselves, and by result, these views can influence how we view and value our lives.

If we think we are not worthy of anything - especially happiness - we will think that we simply were dealt a bad hand. Our lives just were meant to be less than others, right?

WRONG!

We all deserve to live a good and happy life, and I think if we can normalize a new conversation around the idea of opportunity, we can take a step in the direction of everyone having room to live a good and happy life.
