Hello Procrasti-Nation! The podcast is back! It’s a new year with a new structure; the original concept for the show was about Robin fighting his laziness and learning new things so with that in mind, each episode now has a theme. This one is all about nostalgia.

What started as a simple childhood recipe request led Robin to examine his own experiences with nostalgia, why we look back on certain things and ultimately if nostalgia is helpful or if it traps us in the past. He finds out some really interesting scientific facts all while sharing silly stories about skateboarding, acting auditions and loads more.

So whether you collect pogs, love lego or have trouble staying in the present, this is the show for you.
