"The Women's Symposium is a high school event in San Diego that's all about empowering women to follow their dreams and goals. Every year, women from different careers come and talk about their experiences, the challenges they faced, and why they chose their paths. Hearing their stories makes me realize that there isn't just one way to be successful. And it helps me feel more confident about my own future. It also makes me think about careers I haven't really considered before. I like how it gives students a chance to ask questions and actually connect with people who have real life experiences. Overall, it encourages me to use my voice, believe in myself, and remind me that I can achieve my goals if I work hard and stay motivated."
