In this chunky episode, we delve into our recent press trip to the wine region Rueda in Castilla y Leon, Spain. We discuss the Verdejo grape, how it is grown, harvested and the various wine-making techniques that are used in the region.  We chat about the history of the region around Valladolid where we were based during the trip. 
We strongly believe that the Verdejo grape has such commercial appeal and will excite consumers that discover it.  We were also extremely impressed by the sustainable practices widely used in many of the wineries in Rueda.
