For episode 13, I share my conversation with Aerin McQuillin who worked for Judge Nathan T Wade. After I filed an application for an order of protection, James D Hunter, John Pearson's unethical lawyer, requested $1,505 and the Judge (Wade) ordered me to pay these fees. When I requested an order of protection, my request was approved by a judge. I have concerns for my safety that are documented. In addition, the respondent has a history of criminal and abusive behavior that are documented. I tried to submit these documents to the court, but the judge did not allow it. Judge Wade engaged in gendered-racism and victim blaming. They should be removed from their position.
