Your pelvic region is home to your life force, creative power, and intuitive wisdom. Yet we have never been taught how to truly listen to what this part of our body has to say. On this episode of the podcast, I discuss the importance of having a healthy connection with your womb and pelvic region and I highlight a number of reasons why I feel we’ve become so disconnected from the womb in the first place. I also share two techniques that you can use to start connecting to your womb again and to heal any of the traumas that you may have stored there.
