In this episode I interview my younger sister Keri Martin, so she can share her story of tremendous growth, self transformation and healing through journaling, self - inquiry, books and Youtube. She explains how a shift in her perspective looking at taking responsibility, led to forgiveness and ultimately a completely new approach to life that has changed everything for her. We talk about why she doesn't watch TV OR partake in social media, what books and YouTubers have changed her life, and how forgiving herself allowed her to stop unconsciously judging others.
