Episode 11 – Speak youth to power: fresh voices from Europe and Southeast Asia
Recorded at the European Parliament's youth event in June 2023, this episode of Musyawarah sees four young Europeans and Southeast Asians share their views on how to improve youth representation in politics as well as their own visions for the future of ASEAN-EU relations. We also hear about two experiences of running for political office in Malaysia and the Philippines.
The speakers are Yuneswaran Ramaraj, member of parliament for Malaysia's Segamat constituency, Freya Chow-Paul of the Asia-Europe Foundation, as well as Jonas Nitschke and Rey C. Padit of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
