Fred is a former football player that had the chance to play for 4 NFL teams over the course of 10 seasons. Fred also became a Super Bowl champion while playing with Washington in Super Bowl XXVI. Fred then went on to become an extremely successful founder and CEO, Speaker, and Author. Fred founded LINT Brother, which is designed to help men become emotionally free so they can walk in their victory and break out of bondage through small groups, trainings, conferences, and workshops. He also founded Fred Stokes Foods that focuses on sausage and bacon and can be found through various distributors (his site is found below)!
