In Episode 11 our guest is Gemma Halpin, the Manager of The Throsby in Wollongong, a small wine bar in the gong. Gemma is super knowledgeable and always a pleasure to hang out with. In this episode we chatted about things like: China's anti dumping tariffs, how much Gemma loves Gamay and why, super interesting Turkish grapes and all things juice! This week we tasted the 2020 Golden Child 'Beach Bum' Rosé, 2020 Vinden Wines Gamay/Shiraz and 2020 Patch Wines 'Shed Red'. This was a cracking episode to record, the wines were all amazing and the conversation was super enjoyable. As always, tune in to hear how bloody good the juice was!
