The Army plans to get rid of "ineffective" recruiters. We read multiple articles, in particular, one that can be found on armytimes.com. The bottom line is, if recruiters cannot make one recruit per month for three months straight, they are being reassigned. Also, because of the massive drop in recruits, the Army is overhauling their recruiting training program.
