Today's episode is the second in our working mom series! We’re talking with someone who certainly embodies everything it means to be a hard-working mama: entrepreneur and mom to two busy boys, Bailey Neto. She also happens to be our friend and Jenny’s sister-in-law.

Bailey is also an amazing (and local!) hairstylist/guru opening her own salon with her business partner this week! How badass is that?
