Today we are sitting down with Adam Saucedo to talk, you guessed it, mindset. Adam first got his start with NCFIT while helping Jason Khalipa prepare for the CrossFit Games. Since then, Adam has transitioned and grown with the NCFIT Family, and now supports our entire coaching staff.
Adam approaches the New Year with a different take, and I couldn't be more into it. Instead of focusing on ALL of the things we could change in 2020 and all of the resolutions we could make, Adam chooses to focus on what we did well in 2019 and use 2020 as a time to capitalize on this strength.
