This week we saw The Flash face off against The Mist as supporting character backgrounds are fleshed out, providing all kinds of intrigue and sympathy. The villain may not have been the strongest, but the show is clearly using these first few episodes to flesh out the recurring characters. Also, we're expecting a dramatic shift next week when Captain Cold comes to the show (played by Wentworth Miller of Prison Break) along with fan favorite Emily Bett Rickards (Felicity from Arrow).
