In this episode, in the intro more specifically, I make myself a bit vulnerable by talking a little about my mental health. I understand being on a public platform, I open myself to less than constructive criticism, and that's ok. If it helps one person, then all the hate I'll get will be just fine by me. As far as the episode, listeners are cautioned because the guy we're covering is just the worst.
