In episode 11 of the Platform to Perform podcast I spoke with Tom Green. I first met Tom at James Baker and Mike Young's LTAD conference in Gloucester and was keen to learn more about the S&C program he runs as part of his current role as the Head of Athletic Development at St Peters RC High School.

As someone who not only works in a school environment but as an academy S&C coach in a Championship Football Club and a Premier League Rugby club, Tom has some interesting opinions on developing a culture within both school and professional environments which we dive into in more detail in the podcast.

Besides his coaching roles, Tom is also the youth researcher for Science for Sport, so is well versed when it comes to understanding both research and how to translate the science into coaching practice
