We need to build our organizations assuming that everyone's racist and build it so that we mitigate it and minimize it. What is the type of policies and procedures and structures that we can put into our organizations that end violence? I'm using the word violence more broadly thinking about the workplace, but it still hurts, it still hurts us in so many different ways.
That's why all of us need to be fighting to make our workplaces and to make our society at large, more racially just because we're all going to benefit from it.
