With 2020 being a year unlike any other, working remotely has been at the forefront of the minds of employees and business owners around the world. While SeedSpark is back in the office - practicing proper social distancing, of course - our team has adopted a hybrid approach. While some employees are in the office and others are local but remote, others have made much larger transitions. Nichole Nowell, SeedSpark's Client Relationships Manager, moved to Massachusetts to be closer to her family while still staying on with our team here in North Carolina. Nichole shares more about her experience with remote work technology, the benefits of her new schedule, and how she believes that future workplaces will be defined by the changes we're experiencing now.
