Soft skills are also called life skills, emotional quotient, generic skills and they are also known as personal quality. When considering soft skills in management, these skills are leadership skills, thinking skills, decision-making skills, and problem solving skills.
These skills are very important to assist entrepreneurs and project managers in increasing their confidence in their leadership roles. However, many businesses focus more on hard skill or technical and domain knowledge skills to increase their performance rather than investing in developing their employees who are their most valuable asset. Technical skills are things such as: accountancy, information technology, operating machines, academic education. Hard skill is your ability to perform a job. Both hard and soft are equally important.
