This past week has been a whirlwind of stressful situations. In this episode, I dive into what made my week frustrating and how I turned the frustration into an opportunity to learn. We all deal with circumstances that aren’t ideal but when you shift from a victim mentality to a place of self-care, you’ll begin to see growth. I’ll go over the ways that I stopped myself from spiraling into a “woe is me” attitude and channeled that energy to make the best decisions for myself.

    I had a major realization throughout this week about how the old me would have handled the situation and how I actually handled it. The biggest takeaway I got was that if you’re not comfortable in a situation- you can change it!
