Tonight, we are streaming all the way to South Africa to talk to the amazing and world-renowned trail runner Emily Hawgood. From her roots running with her mom all around their family-owned dairy farm outside the small town of Beatrice, Zimbabwe to Professional Athlete racing all over the world at races like the Sky Running World Series, UTMB, and Western States.  Emily is kicking butt and taking names. And the best part, she now calls Northern California home, so you may see her out on our local trails.  We have a lot to cover so let’s jump in.
