We should start the perspectives journey off by understanding ourselves, to the extent we can clearly articulate what we want and what’s important to us (easier said than done for most).

Once we understand ourselves we earn the right to consider the perspectives of others and help them to see themselves in the way that motivates and encourages growth and development.
