1. Receive Bible teaching with your Heart

2. Reflect on Bible teaching with your Head

3. Respond to Bible teaching with your Will

Ros then led the time of prayer with promises found in scripture over our families and the current world situation.

• 'Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you.'

• 'He will turn your mourning to gladness, I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow.'

• 'With God all things are possible.'

• 'But the Lord is faithful and he will strengthen and protect you from all evil.'
