Welcome to another episode of LIFE WORK BALANCES

Today I had the chance to talk with Taj Smith, who is the Assistant Director of the Davis Center at Williams College. We got connected at this years ACPA Conference, and after getting to know Taj over lunch and hitting it off really well I thought he would be a great person to interview for this podcast. I know I had a great time getting to know him and hearing about his story. We talked about sports, college counseling, reading, identity, ethnic studies, theater, video games, phallacies (a leadership development group that Taj helped start) and a lot more!
