We are feeling pretty, witty and gay this week as we queen out on Stephen Spielberg's remake of "West Side Story," featuring not only the return of legend Rita Moreno as Valentina, but Ariana DeBose more than filling her shoes as Anita. We're also swooning for Bernardo (and Chino behind those glasses!), to say nothing of Mike Faist's movie-stealing Riff. We discuss the gritty edges of this version vs. the magical realism of the original, the updated moments for characters like Grazi and Anybodys, and the immediate iconography of that yellow and red dress.
