On Saturday, April 30th, our host Dr. Marianne Ritchie welcomed national expert, Dr. Brian Fallon, and talked with him about Lyme Disease.
Lyme Disease is the most common tick-borne illness in the US.
Dr, Fallon discussed the symptoms, signs, and various ways this illness can present. Lyme disease is transmitted to humans by the bites of infected ticks and the time of year when it occurs most commonly is in late Spring and early Summer.

Last week, Philadelphia lost a legend. For over 65 years, Sid Mark lent his smooth, comforting voice to the airwaves to bring us the “Sounds of Sinatra” and perpetuate a beautiful era of music and national history.
His show appealed to multiple generations as he shared stories from the view of a fan and a personal friend of Frank Sinatra. It is with a collective heavy heart that we say goodbye to our beloved Doctor of Music and memory keeper.
