This week Edward finds himself dealing with the rudest customer he has ever had while selling on Ebay. What started out as a normal transaction quickly escalated Edward receiving a series of emails that went from bad to worse. Edward tells the story of his harrowing weekend complete with allegations about lying and hyped-up shipping costs. Edward tells us how he succeeded in staying customer service oriented but also the toll it took on him, and the growth that came from it. Jason and Edward then discuss the mental and emotional process around Edwards triggers and how he came to resolution. In the end it all worked out, but the desire to take a last jab at the customer remained, even if it wasn't fulfilled.
