How should I be managing my meals, when I’ll be socializing this weekend, and the next and the next? ⁣

I’ve tried to cover a few points as to how you can, to the best of my abilities. ⁣

Socializing is fun. You should. You must. ⁣

When you are on a mission to be fit, you just need to be more aware of the food choices.⁣

It’s always about what you do on most of the days, that’s going to help you in the long run. ⁣

Eat the food that’s near your diet. ⁣

Portion control. ⁣

Look out for zero-calorie drinks. ⁣

Rice = Pasta = Wheat Noodles. (Calorie wise, not nutrient profile wise)⁣

So yes, pasta is absolutely diet-friendly. (of course calories matter)⁣

Enjoy your evening with your friends, family, etc.⁣

Laugh a lot. ⁣

and this time probably plan a trip and make it happen.⁣
