Mikey, Woods, Lee and our special guest Matthew Jackson are all on the clock as we draft the very best teams we can based on current footballers. It's a long one, but my word is it a good one!

Pod of Two Halves - The Draft

Objective

- For each player to draft a squad of 18 (starting 11 plus 7 subs)
- These teams will then be made by Mikey on Football Manager, in either a League or Cup format to decide a grand champion.

Rules

- Each player should come prepared with a squad they want and many many alternates.
- The player can select any player they want from world football, in any order they wish.
- The player at the end of the draft must present a starting XI, 7 substitutes, a formation and tactical instructions (player instructions, set-piece takers, overall style of play etc).
- The order of the draft will be chosen at random (from a hat), but it will follow a serpentine system. This means that the order would be thus, 1,2,3,4,4,3,2,1,1,2,3,4,4,3,2,1,1,2,3,4,4 and so on.
- Each player gets 30 seconds on the clock to pick a footballer. If a pick hasn't been made in those 30 seconds, no pick will be made.
