When the Baby Comes Home from the Hospital

1. Keep your marriage alive.

2. Involve your other children.

3. Be fanatical about the schedule.

4. Let the baby cry.

5. Don't let the baby come between you and the Lord.

6. Teach "No" quickly.

7. Saturate them in prayer.

8. Give them to the Lord. (Hannah and Eli)

9. Give a lot of touches.

10. Don't worry about spoiling them yet.

Terrible Two's

1. Provide a united front.

2. Both parents should be involved in discipline.

3. NEVER allow them to say "NO"!

4. Put a complete stop to temper tantrums.

5. Don't taunt them.

6. Don't laugh at a temper tantrum.

7. Don't ignore a temper tantrum.

8. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER YELL.

9. Be totally predictable.

10. Get them sitting with you in church as soon as possible.
