On this episode of The Ty Brady Way, Ty is joined by guest John Salimbene! John shares his incredible story of how he went from owning and running two successful business to a very dark place where he was struggling to pay his bills and take care of his family before he eventually found the health insurance industry which alongside his hard work ethic, was able to help turnaround the trajectory of his life! John nowworks every day to help people and take care of them with their insurance whilst maintaining residual income for him and his family.

Ty and John discuss burnout, the negative feelings around reaching out and asking for help and how if you do something long enough and work hard enough, you’ll get good results! John shares his experience of battling through illness, Covid-19 and having to have open heart surgery. John shares some encouraging words of wisdom and advises you to not give up and make sure you love what you’re doing. John states that you don’t have to be a sales person in this industry, you just have to be a people person!
