Joe kicks things off with a deep dive into customer service - what he loves, what he hates, and what absolutely sends him over the edge.  Spoiler alert: according to Joe, Chik-fil-A might be doing the absolute worst.  At what point does "my pleasure" become...too much pleasure?  The fellas investigate.

Meanwhile, Drew takes a flamethrower to a beloved childhood memory when he reveals that the iconic Ghostbusters theme song - yes, that one, was sung by a bit of a freak.  Childhood = shaken.  Proton packs = dropped.  Who ya gonna call?  Probably a therapist.

It's random, it's ridiculous, it's slightly inappropriate - but hey, it's a grower, not a show-er.  Learn a little & laugh A LOT!
