Welcome to another episode of LIFE WORK BALANCES.
Today I got to catch up with Alfred Day, who was on the podcast a little over a year ago. In that time Al has taken on a new role as a Care Manager at UC Berkeley, moved, and had a whole lot change for him. We had a great time talking about how Al’s life has been different, new things he has learned about himself, and the new ways he has thought about balance. We also go off on a tangent about student staff training and role modeling that I found to be really energizing and inspiring.
