Late in the evening one June night in 1912, a horrific axe murder would take the lives of two adults and six children. This would become known as the Villisca Axe Murders. Unsolved to this day, this event has been entered into the annals of history with a possible connection to other murders of the time period, and it has also been linked to multiple serial killers or murderers.
