When the tragic terrorist attacks occurred on 9/11, Scott McKain was taking part in an event to raise money for charity for children.  Should the event be cancelled because of the attack -- or, should it go on to serve its purpose and display that the attackers did not prevail?   Scott says he still isn't certain that the "right" decision was made -- but, he did learn an important lesson about decision making.  That's the topic of today's PROJECT DISTINCT.
