I'm so excited that you're here! On today's episode, we're chatting about a realization I recently had when staring at my 30+ headbands.

I've had these headbands for years, but as I stood in my closet I thought, "why the actual fuck do I have all of these headbands? I wear like 10 of them, maybe." 

& then I thought back to where & who I was when I bought the headbands & something clicked. I realized I was in the thick of pretending like everything was good in my life even though I was deeply unhappy in my job & I was hiding Tim's addiction.

I did some major reflecting & realized I was spending money on materialistic things searching for the happiness I was lacking in my day-to-day life.
