It's pretty easy to put in hard work when you know who's watching you.

But when you put in the work regardless of who, if anyone, is watching, can lead to great opportunities.

Last night I was reminded of this.

Eva and I went to our friends 18th-anniversary dinner.

While talking with our Uber driver we learned that he got a huge break in his career as a makeup artist when the right person walked in the door and saw what he was capable of.

That person offered him a job on the spot and now he has an amazing opportunity to springboard his career.

Keep your head down and work to your full potential, regardless of who's watching.

Even if you don't think anyone is watching...

You never know who might be.
