Over the past week, mass flight cancellations and long delays have put India’s aviation sector under the spotlight. What was first called an operational issue has now triggered serious questions around corporate responsibility, regulatory oversight, and passenger rights, especially with IndiGo, India’s largest airline, at the centre of the controversy.
