God has us in a Psalm 46:10 season where he wants us to "Be still and know he is God". The question is, are we filling our days with busy-ness or are we being still? God told me that I was filling my time with too much stuff and not enough him.

God wants us to be still so we can commune with and hear from him, and the only way we can do that is to be still.
