Heaven Shall Burn, the metalcore band founded in Thuringia, Germany in 1996, has evolved into one of the most influential forces in the international metal scene. I got to sit down with guitarist Maik Weichert just after the band arrived at the venue where we talked about the books he has been reading, the recording process for the bands new album, 'Heimat', and so much more.
