First off Happy New Year!

I have a plan, a goal, a mission, a vision.

But since it's my vision, I can't expect others to see it.

In order to get them to see it, they may have to go through a different door. A door they are more familiar with.

In this case, I am trying to help agents build their real estate business like an actual business, with multiple revenue streams.

The challenge is that most agents haven't been taught to think like this so it is like I am speaking a foreign language to them.

So now I have realized that I must adjust and present things in a way that they are thinking.

In 2019 I decided to take my foot off the gas of selling homes and focus mainly on building an international team.

But after realizing that others don't share the same vision, I decided that I need to sell more homes and close more transactions so I am speaking their language.

The good news... I got a listing under contract today. On day 1 of the newest mission.
