In this week's episode of Conscious Club, we discuss how capitalism entrenches upon the most important facets of human life.  Through the means of a proposed omnibus bill and a new capital city, the overarching neoliberal agenda in Indonesia pushes capitalism to further extremes, meanwhile structural issues, created by capitalism, are not properly dealt with. This leaves us the question: how can we define progress and modernity that does not base itself on capitalist standards?
