These are two of my top songwriters in the Philippines. The Kings of underground reggae, ska and punk rock music in Southeast Asia. Bobby Balingit wrote one of Filipino rocks anthems, “At Nakalimutan And Diyos” (…and has forgotten God) and CBI is one of the most popular reggae/ska bands in the country. Paul also fronts another band called Borrachos.
