Episode 12: Capricorn Full Moon Ritual RECORDING (July '24)
On Friday, July 19th at 7 PM ET we gathered for ceremony in our healing space in the southwest end of Toronto to honour this second consecutive Capricorn Full Moon as this Cancer season comes to a close.
The energy of the Full Moon is at its peak on Sunday, July 21st at around 6:15 AM (ET) and is present for 2-3 days on each side of this point.
This New Moon Ritual is here to support you on your journey - emotionally, mentally, energetically and spiritually as well as with your integration, and I am honoured to serve you in this way.
The moon ritual includes cacao ceremony, Tao blessings/energetic transmissions, discussion about astrology & current themes, an hour of somatic breathwork, an hour-long sound journey meditation, energy healing/recalibration (using Tao Healing Hands & Reiki), as well as journaling and sharing circle to support integration and connecting with community.
**THIS IS THE RECORDING OF THE RITUAL (cacao ceremony, Tao blessing, discussion about astrology along with journal prompts).
Runtime is approximately 48 minutes
Make yourself a comfortable, distraction-free sacred space.
Bring a cup of cacao (if you wish to take part in the opening cacao ceremony) and/or water, a journal & writing instrument, and an open mind & heart.
