Ilona runs her own Virtual Assistant Business, something she dreamed of doing for years whilst struggling through the stress of being a P.A for 10 years and the negative impact that had on her confidence.
She shares some of her career lows, pivotal moments and how her Confidence grew once she decided to go it alone, and run a Business.
We both discuss some of our P.A horror stories (I also was a P.A for 10 yrs!) and the things it taught us about ourselves.
