Our mission: Forging life long Faith through Elite Fitness.

So often our walk with the Lord  and our relationships in the church community do not take into question our personal health and physical fitness. These two facets of our lives should not be at odds with one another but instead working as a cohesive unit of mind, body, and soul. Paul told Timothy that physical fitness had some importance. Beyond that though physical fitness illustrates the dedication and perseverance required for spiritual fitness. Physical fitness This is our call to action. Our mission is to build a faith centric community using CrossFit as a catalyst towards the saving Grace of Jesus Christ.
