- [ ] To break the barriers of been an introvert person(shy) you have to just go for it, and talk to people

- [ ] Surround yourself with people that are going to help you to get better

- [ ] Things can get worst or will get worst before they better... but “it gets better”

- [ ] Isolation may be a sign that things are not normal or ok within yourself

- [ ] Find people friends, family, or someone that you can talk to... seek for help even if you don’t want to

- [ ] When in dark times of your life... ask for help!! To God!!! He will answer

- [ ] My struggles were related with family relationships, love life, and friends

- [ ] Things get better don’t give up and keep pushing forward
