What is it like to be a Civil Procedure professor during a pandemic? Let alone a student learning to be a 1L? After repeated and strong requests from students in the fall of 2020, and in an effort to foster Dr. Mike Osterholm's "Pandemic of Kindness," Professor Franck created this podcast to offer her Section 2 students some reflections on life during a pandemic. Special thanks go to all musicians (and their recording labels), particularly Taylor Swift and Ben Lee for the fair use of their music for our educational purposes.  

This episode reflects some thoughts about the importance of examples in our lives, wherever and wherever they come from. And has a few stories about my own experiences in civil procedure.
